Your Purpose
In this role, you will:
- Lead teams in technical design work adhering to relevant standards and codes.
- Define briefs, scopes of work and contribute to bid proposals.
- Manage time and budgets to meet key project milestones and deadlines.
- Collaborate with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
- Establish quality assurance standards in design.
- Develop and manage mechanical engineering capabilities within the practice.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Chartered or Fellow Mechanical Engineers.
- Experienced in leading design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
- Knowledgeable in mechanical equipment such as pumps, blowers, screens and chemical dosing plants.
- Proficient in current UK design standards and working practices.
