Your Purpose

In this role, you will:

  • Lead teams in technical design work adhering to relevant standards and codes.
  • Define briefs, scopes of work and contribute to bid proposals.
  • Manage time and budgets to meet key project milestones and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
  • Establish quality assurance standards in design.
  • Develop and manage mechanical engineering capabilities within the practice.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are:

  • Chartered or Fellow Mechanical Engineers.
  • Experienced in leading design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
